They're not making everything they'd usually be making, but there are still a lot of good things to be had. :-)

I made some English muffins the other day, and they weren't half bad. Not worth the trouble, but tasty enough. This weekend I'm going to tackle baguettes! I don't expect much.

And the problem will be if I succeed, then I'll want to blow my low carb diet all the time!

It's really hard to mess up bread. But it's really tricky to make baguettes the way they make them in France.

Lots of people are making bread. The flour shelves have tended to be as empty as the paper-products around here. :-)
