orange

I noticed this morning that it had been a rather long time since any of these pics had any COLOR. I mean, ok, the odd bit of subdued teal in one pic, but please.

Must. Have. COLOR.

Brought the camera to the farmers' market this morning, and indulgent DH was patient while I captured a bunch of color to intersperse with what are, in the main, monochromatic State Fair shots. Too bad all the chickens and turkeys (not to mention peacocks!) at the fair were in small pens -- impossible to get pics without fence, fence, fence. Now *that* would have been some State Fair color!

Absolutely. When you walk down the aisles and can smell the Concord grapes..... Mmmmm.

We got the makings for what we call "summer din" -- corn, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes. Also big tart apples, peaches, garlic. And one bouquet, for Bob's parents who celebrate their 60th this week.
