I find that when I shoot tree bones, I really want a nice uncluttered view. That's not what I see out the window. Layers and layers of trees/branches/houses......
I tried for an evenly cluttered background for this branch, and then darkened the darks, put on the watercolor filter, and increased the contrast. I think that's the best I can do with the subject in front of me.....
Here you can see clearly just how much snow we actually have.
Pathetic, when Michiganders are excited to get this much snow in January.......
