Sept. 23 -- Toledo Zoo eagle
It's not the same as seeing them flying wild and free over Juneau, but I appreciate being able to see them up close and personal.
(The two at the zoo are unable to survive in the wild. One has a damaged eye, and I'm not sure about the other.... We were told neither can fly.)
