yellow

This exuberant thing is just outside the door at the vet.

It must like lots of ... um ... nitrogen......

Now for some yellow in my back yard...... I love these, despite their lowly "weed" status.

Let's play with this next one.

Original.

Up the saturation, so we can really see that pink/red in the stems.

Watercolor it.

Will it look better square? Let's see.....

I like this better. We lost a bunch of ho-hum on the right, and a sliver of not-so-exciting on the left.

Cropping really helps nearly every pic, in my humble. It is a rare pic that comes out of my camera framed perfectly. Cropping off the boring stuff focuses and intensifies attention on the more interesting bits.....

When I saw in my email notification that you had commented, I thought sure it was going to be about the ... um ... nitrogen for the daff. :-)

What a lovely compliment! Thanks! :-)

All the flowers everywhere..... So suddenly, after all the brown, gray, gray, brown...............
