This gardener took to heart the admonition to mix up color and texture and height. It looks nice, especially against the blue-gray house.

dog boys must like strolls - they can stop and smell while you stop and photograph :)
Only it ususally works out that we don't want to pause at the same places..... :-) So we just have to be patient with each other.....
