lunchtime, October 23

.

The sun was low enough that it was shining on the hoods of the vehicles in the parking structure, and making reflections on the ceiling. I am curious to know what shapes of hoods made which shapes of reflections.....

Ivy on a brick wall.

I don't find it surprising, given the vine following the mortar between the bricks, that these leaves are lined up, and I think it is predictable that the leaves would be pretty much evenly spaced, but it does surprise me a little that they all have the same orientation. This looks rather chorus-line-ish to me.

Or maybe it's little girls lined up at the barre, with Madame correcting their alignment?

The tallest building in town. Mostly condo apartments.

Another locust tree, this one next to West Quad, one of the older dorms.

I like the yellow/green against the brick.

Work day done. I rode the bus home. This chrysanthemum grows on my street.

I did not pose this. It was just there, for us to enjoy.
