SL -- in which I almost lose my hair

There is so much free stuff available that it is very (VERY) easy to get so much that you can't find things in your Inventory that you know you have.

I am trying to NOT acquire Stuff. I spent some time this evening deleting stuff out of my Inventory. I tried on some different hair that I had picked up here and there, and threw out most of it.

While I was in the middle of this, Second Life crashed on me, and when I came back, I had on one of the "hairs" that I didn't want. No big deal, I thought, but then I could not find my excellent elf pony tail. Anywhere.

I looked through my intire Inventory. I looked in my trash. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Finally I looked in the Library, and, whew, there was a copy if it there.

I put it back on, made some more copies and stashed them here and there, and ... thought "Enough is enough for one day!"

I happened to be right by the excellent food on Wolverine Island, and, though I'm not much of a drinker, I decided a glass of champagne was in order. (That's a coffee pot on the right.)





In the background of the prev, between the two trees, there is a bench. I decide to chill on the bench with my champagne for a few minutes.

I would have been sad if I had really lost my excellent pony tail.
