We are walking along, parallel to the main drag but one block up hill.
My northern color-deprived soul is really enjoying all the yellow, pink, green.....
(Don't miss the bumper sticker. We read that this past election was anxiously watched around the world, and here is evidence....)

Here we are at this government building again. Focusing on Vicki, this time.

Leslie -- captured this one for you, thinking you probably want it to have a carrot, too. Tee hee.

They aren't a major factor in this image, but I like the reflections from sunny windows on the shady walls on the other side of the street.

Another not-so-pristine building. Yum, the color!!!

Looking back at the ship, with the end-of-pier building in front. That round area with windows, way up on the tail of the ship, is a bar. You'll see pics taken from there in the next post.

This is a little park, with all sorts of interesting plants.

Here's the only insect I shot on this trip. It was rather big, and has the look of a stingy thing. It didn't move the whole time I shot (from a respectful distance, using the zoom!).

Here's something else one doesn't see in Ann Arbor.....

The one other time I've been to the Caribbean was St. Martin, 21 years ago. I'm pretty sure it had this sort of tree along the beach, rather than palms.

Dove, with tiles.
