Wibbs, late afternoon

.

When we got home from yet more tv reconnaissance, he was shivering.

Sigh.

I gave him some refrigerated canned pumpkin in cold water, and then didn't see more shivering.....

He's been on a couple of short walks since we got home, and I haven't seen more shivering (but he's downstairs and I'm up; I need to go check on him).

He let out one (1) bark before I took him walking, and acted like it hurt.

I have been mentioning to the vets that he's not barking, but that *was* one of the first differences I noticed. I wonder if it needs more emphasis............

He seems good but not totally himself.

Eager to walk, out at the end of the leash, trotting, tail up, but not doing his best to drag us for the first while........

He did eliminate when I had him out, and it was solid enough to pick up (and very pumpkinish in color, oddly enough). Yay.

He is definitely feeling better than he was.

Surely hope he *is* better, rather than it's just the rimadyl suppressing the fever and aches!
