Wibble seems better and better.
Whew.
This pic taken yesterday.

And, I actually did some knitting!
I realized that I'd gotten my swatches confused, and had been working from the numbers for the stockinette swatch while knitting garter stitch.
Oops.
So I ripped the whole thing and started over. I'm farther along that I was before, but not by much. But if I work on it tonight and tomorrow night (I'll be at work during the days!), I should still be able to finish the test slipper by Friday......
What you're looking at, here, is the back of the heel. The solid gray is the back of the heel. The stripes go from one side of the foot down, across the bottom of the foot, and up the other side of the foot.

I'm getting very near the decision point about when to cast on more and start knitting round and round the front of the foot..........

Hey - wanted to see what you were doing for the olympics. You are brave to be working on something sized and felted. I'm too chicken. They'll be nice though when you are done.
Hope your pup stays on the mend. Those darn corgis ;-).
Well, that's my challenge. :-)
Go forward and work on something with a million decisions.......
And a lot of re-doing because it's not working right.
:-)
My usual process is to put down a project when I hit a decision point, and start something else.
My challenge is to keep going, despite having to make a decision every four minutes (at least until I think I've got it right).
:-)
And despite too much time sitting at the vet (where I can't be making decisions!) and going to work!
:-)
Thanks for the kind words!
He's shut in the kitchen for the day, Just In Case, because I couldn't stay home with him again.
This morning -- no visible blood, either on the poop or on the snow, or even on the baby wipe after he came back in.
Yay!
