I want to do more digial collage.
I've been collecting images and backgrounds and textures. (And quotes, not specifically for this purpose.)

The images are all Dover freebies, and I found the quote by googling "lion quote."
I like this ok.
It seems tight and constrained, but I'm not going to sweat that.
It takes doing something a lot to get loosened up.........

That's great! I'm looking forward to seeing some with your wonderful photos, too!
Thanks!
I am not sure why this whole digital collage thing seems so opaque to me.
I have no trouble with hardcopy-media collage, and no trouble with using the layers, etc, in photoshop, but for some reason I feel quite blank on how to ... begin.
I took Mary Ann Moss's online stenciling class last summer, and really enjoyed it. She put up lots of videos, and I found that watching her process was very very interesting.
She recorded herself doing what she does, so we could see her trying something here and there, and we could hear her talking about what she was thinking (as much as any of us can articulate as we work!!! :-) ).
I wish I could find an online class on digital collage that was like that.
I don't want my hand held on How To Use Photoshop; I just want to watch someone work...........
But I don't want to use that as an excuse to not work, myself. No reason I can't just jump in.....
:-)
