Trying to make peace with the new space.
Easier on the day when I am alone there.
Needing to rearrange my schedule so there is less overlap with my (also part-time) office mate.......

The window end of the office. The other wing of the building, blocking the view of the University's stadium which used to be visible from here.

Liking the dino's shadow.

More stuff on that surface.
The last two blooms from my amaryllis. It didn't bloom this year, and I am not positive it bloomed last year. I should re-pot it and give it some nice new dirt....
Isn't it cool, the twisting/curling that happened when all this dried?

Still not all unpacked.

Turning left. I go between this cabinet and my desk to sit behind my desk (with my back to the wall).
The largest of the Office Contingent of my stego collection. Standing on my calendar which has not been hung on the wall. Nothing has been hung on the wall.....
I did not pose any of this for the pic. Liking the way the folded paper cube's colors match what is inside the cabinet.

Turning back toward the window -- the window end of my desk.

Now seated at my desk.
An old box under my new monitor. With headphones.

From here I can see beyond the intrusive new wing of the building.

I looooved the Really Deep windowsill in the old office.
This one is really spavined in comparison. A little narrow space, then a drop, then another space (still narrower by far than the old windowsill).
These napkin rings were on a bookshelf in the old space. They like the sunshine here.

The reflections!

Enough of that.
Let's go home.
Peony.

Geranium.
Love the leaves.......

Daffodils at Anneke's. With yours truly.
So glad to see this talented painter is getting some work other than Christmas time.
Maybe I could get him to paint on my office window so the people in the new-wing offices couldn't see me at my desk............

Pink lamium in a Main Street planter.
