House finch in the boxwood between our house and the southerly neighbors. 12x optical zoom. Substantially cropped.
I forgot I could use the digital zoom on top of the optical, but I can.
He seemed to be eating the seeds out of these boxwood berries, rather than eating the whole berries.
His little missus, with no bright color, hiding in the twigs and berries.
I'd had Cherrios, earlier, but when offered a cornmeal pancake, I wasn't saying no!
It tasted as good as it looked. Mmmmm.
And then -- see what we had for supper! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

They do such a good job with their native lenses, and they are always hand-held (I've never put either of them on a tripod, though I threaten to, for video...... :-) )
