Ooh! Love the shot with the ant! That's one thing I remember most about my grandmother's peonies... the ants. And somehow, that's a comforting memory for me. :) I always found it lovely that the ants loved the peonies so much.

I am often concentrating on how I want to frame the peony, and may not even notice the ants until I get home to "the big screen."

With this bud, I have one shot without the ant, one with it coming in to view, and this one.
I like the ant's shadow.
