adding insult to injury........

We are in the midst of the giant heat wave, like so many other unfortunates.

Yesterday at 1:25 pm we lost power.

I was doing pretty well, maintaining my equilibrium, despite the heat, but no power, on top of it..........

Working at reminding myself that losing power in the dead of winter is much worse.  At least this way there's no reason to worry about the pipes freezing!

I expect to be much less connected than usual, until our power is restored.  At this point, they are predicting Sunday night........................ 

Sigh.
