I am trying not to get agitated about things I can't do anything about.
But.
I would just like to say that this is NOT my idea of a good time.
If I wanted this sort of weather (or even found it tolerable to imagine wanting this sort of weather), I would move.
Please, I want my Michigan back. Now.

You need to come to the PNW for a visit. It is beautiful here right now. But even when it's 96.5 it's not a hot as your 96.5.
Our trip ended and we came home just in time.
If it never got above 90 here again, ever, that would be fine by me.....
Average Ann Arbor weather is perfect by me. Not too hot, not too cold, not too wet, not too dry......
This year has been frighteningly hot. From the winter-that-wasn't to this way-too-hot cusp of June and July............
Scary.
Unfortunately, the trip that is on the books if for Philadelphia. Not likely to be any cooler there than it is here........... Hoping the power in Philly stays on, so the a/c will stay on, likewise!
Bob and a friend were on the golf course yesterday afternoon.

He was surprised to see they said it was so hot. He said that as long as you were in the shade, the breeze was quite pleasant.
It is supposed to be cooler after the weekend. I hope they're not lying about that...............
