Walking with Wilbur. I have no idea what these are. I think this plant is new to this garden. It's less than a foot tall, with just one or two flowers at a time.....
Walking home after yoga. The excellent garden up the hill from yoga is leaning out over the sidewalk. With exuberance!
Zinnias and butterfly bush.

Very dark red-velvet dahlia (and zinnia).
It was pleasantly breezy. Between the lessening light, and the motion, and the attempts at closeups, the pics weren't as sharp as one would hope.
The rest of the closeups have been poster-edged....
Cosmos.
Really tall sunflowers. Their leaves are big, but compared to those elephant ears.......
