Walking home from Health Service, after I got my zostavax.

Looking east, toward the Diag. The flag is at the west side of the Diag.
I happened across one of those mail-box-shaped things that you can't put mail in. I think they are for the use of mail carriers, but I'm not sure.
This one is elderly and rusty, and has been painted on by lots of different people, over time.
If I painted abstractions, some of them might look like these.....
Closer to home -- layers (and layers!) of paint under the railroad tracks.
