One last rose, with maroon foliage. Note curled leaf, immediately left of the flower....
West Park. After being all torn up for a very long time, a couple of years ago, it's all torn up again.
They supposedly put a bunch of rain-water control stuff underneath the surface, but apparently they did a crummy job which now has to be redone.
Sheesh.
