Setting out for my walk. Burning bush.
It was cloudy all day, but there were hints of blue in the sky.
Barberry.
Sweet gum. This one, in natural light on the back step, shows the purple MUCH better than the one I showed you yesterday.
These are not easy subjects! They are shiny (which makes for a lot of glare), and when they are dark, the color tends to get lost........
This isn't very sharp, alas, but it shows the color as I remember it. Amazing, yes?
