July 9

.

Walking early (before 8:00 am), when it wasn't so hot (especially because the sun wasn't really up yet and I could mostly walk in the shade).

When I move into a retirement community, I want to choose one that has a sky-diving team!

My parents live in an excellent place.  It is large, which means there are more opportunities of all kinds (as there are more people to originate and organize them).  There are more people to be potential friends.  There are more facilities (work-out rooms, pool, library, thrift store), and more activities (lectures, classes, trips).

I don't know of any other places that have all the advantages this one has.  It's really excellent.

I'll be retiring in September and one of the things I'm looking forward to is getting up and walking first thing! How nice it will be to walk early when it's cool instead of the end of the day when it is beastly!

I'm not fond of going out and doing anything first thing in the morning, but when it's going to be beastly out, later, I'd rather walk in the morning when it's cooler, that's for sure!

I am SO ready for it to quit being beastly! This weather is very typical of what it's like in Kansas. Which is one reason I don't live there!

I want our nice Michigan weather back!
