He never minded the cold before, unless it was REALLY cold. But this year, he minds. Even on those days which aren't especially cold.
We only keep moving away from the house until his business is complete, and then he immediately turns tail for home (and some days, he RUNS all the way home).
I wanted him to pose by the snow, so you could see how deep it was, but every time I stopped, he was hoping we could go home.........
His coat doesn't fit very well. It could cover a lot more of him........ Sigh. (But do look at how high that snow is. Well over his back, and this is a blower, so that snow is not markedly higher than the rest of the snow in this yard.......)

Isn't it interesting how different conditions on the ground lead to different-looking footprints? It looks like we have a 60-pound dog in addition to the 30-pound dog.
I think the patterns look cool............. (And -- compare the size of the two at the top to the one in the bottom right! Nearly twice as big!)
