On our way to the farmers' market. We are at sidewalk level, looking down into the courtyard of a business. There was a restaurant here for many years, but now I think it is an office. I was interested in the plants on the roof. Not sure how the people get there to take care of them (or plant them in the first place)!
Lilies! (and shadows)
Herbs. It was the light on those big leaves in the center that caught my attention.
I didn't notice, until I saw them on "the big screen" that they were horseradish!
I didn't notice the betony, either. One of my on-line colleagues had a much beloved corgi girl named Betony. Thinking about you, C and N.
I like this artist's work. If I could paint, I would want to paint in this style, I think........
Mmmmmmmmmm. Zinnias.
I love this sign.
Peonies were mostly gone by June 14, but not quite............
Our daughter with a new scarf purchased in Italy.
Rhubarb!
Peonies.
Attractively displayed produce.
More produce. I think those are garlic scapes on the left, and collard greens, lower right. I'm pretty sure the yellow and red stems are chard.
Mushrooms. I've never bought any of these, but I think they're intriguing. You buy the bag full of growing medium, and pick and eat the mushrooms.
Herbs..............
I love to look at these pastries, but I love to eat pecan sticky buns. (I did take a pic of those, but it was very blurry.......)
