It has to be pretty cold to get a lot of frost on the windows.  Under 10 degrees F, I bet.

This makes me think of a baby Christmas tree.

Looking across the street.  The circle is a rock-outlined bed around the small tree.  The "footsteps" mark a squirrel's progress from the small tree to the sidewalk, I think.
