On March 12, 2018, we visited the Franklin Institute -- a science/hands-on museum.
It was full of screaming children. I can't understand why adults bring children to museums and then let them run wild. No, no, no. If you are going to let them run wild, take them to the playground.
Not into a museum, where you allow them to bash the exhibits just to see what noise it makes when you heavily crash scales into the surface below those scales. For example.
No.
We tried to go only to places with no children. We paid extra to see the IMAX presentation about the International Space Station. No pictures allowed.............
Too, right, Bert, old buddy. Keep asking. Even when "they" don't like your questions. (Like -- "why are these freaking children allowed to run wild in this space?!?!?")
Luckily I had ear plugs. I used them. This was part of an exhibit about technology and sports equipment. There were actually some physically active things kids were SUPPOSED to do in that room. The noise was ... too much.
But the information was good. Bike helmets. One crash = new helmet needed.
I can't remember what was in this space, other than these amazing images of neurons.....
This looks like yarn. I would buy it.
And that was as much of the Franklin Institute as I could bear.
