The beautiful garden at the other end of my old block.

Columbine.

Columbine, upper left.  Japanese lilac, upper right.  Alliums at the bottom, and the orange is poppies.

Iris.

Cornflower.  Love the day lily leaves, going this way and that.......

Poppy.

Columbine.

The abundant (and fragrant) white-flowered ground cover is snow-in-summer.  So pretty.

I don't remember this garden having big (BIG) rocks in it.  It does now.  Two kinds of iris, and columbine.

Two kinds of iris, snow-in-summer, poppy.

So pleased when the camera gets this level of detail!

Peony!

Looking down on an iris.

White columbine.

I picked up this wire (along with a bunch of trash).  I like the shapes........  I took the pic, then recycled.

I've walked by this spot hundreds of times, and I don't remember ever seeing this plant before.  Ever.  Not just not here.  Anyone?

It's not an especially attractive plant, altogether, but the flowers are pretty.  Small, but pretty.

These are small, for iris, but vastly larger than those small pinkish ones above.

I think this is weigela.  Love that grass at left.
