On July 31, it rained much of the day, and into the night. Not terribly hard, but we actually got some decent measurable precipitation. We needed rain very badly. This didn't catch us up, by any stretch of the imagination, but we were so glad to get it.
It rained on August 1, too, but not as much as the day before.
