These cute little Parisian flats have shuffled our chef off to Baltimore.
No more pesto/chicken/fresh mozzarella pizza.
No more fresh fruit crumble.
Eating around this joint is going to be a lot more boring than it has been.
We miss her, and good food is just one of the reasons!

well you could cook such foods yourself, if you so desired! But I am, of course (evidemment) happy to do so when I am home. It is nice to have guinea pigs :)

I am really in "been there, done that" mode, on the cooking front. Now it is a necessity but not a pleasure for me.
But I am thinking of ratatouille.....
:-)
Perhaps I'll get the ingrediments for that on Saturday....
:-)
And if I see any boxes of a variety of little tomatoes, I am definitely getting one!
souviens-toi: oignon, puis poivron (vert et rouge), puis aubergine et courgette et, si tu veux, fenouil. Herbes et epices apres ton gout. Laisse cuire environ 2h. bon appetit!
Also, it reduces a lot. What you have in the pan when you start is not what you have when it is time to eat.

Merci! Je crois qu j'oublirais les poivrons, sans cette message.....
