Daylily.

Very similar to above, only with green throat.

Queen Anne's lace.

I think of downward-facing lilies as "turk's head lilies" -- but these are huge.

Looking up at its face.....

Daylily. The curl.....

Crocosmia.

Asiatic lilies.

Clover. I don't think I've seen this red-leafed variety before. Wonder what colors its flowers are.....

Bee balm in the late afternoon sun.

Sweet alyssum. The purple is pretty, but doesn't have as much scent as the white.

Rudbeckia.
This color is just as the camera remembers it. I didn't see purple when I looked at it..........

Asiatic lilies.
Goodness. I took this at eye level. This is one tall lily.
Maroon and orange ... not my favorite color combination, but this is remarkable for its height.....

Daylily.

Spirea.

Gravid(?) spider on the back of our house.
